Actual shipping charges may change and we reserve the right to charge actual shipping for large or oversized shipments. Oversize shipping charges are not calculated at checkout, these charges if any will be added to your order prior to processing your credit card.

Return Policy:
All products must be returned to Tom Redmond Outdoors, Eden Prairie office (See address below) in new condition in the original package within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all items returned for credit. If exchanging for a similar priced item, then no restocking fee will applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE ARE AS FOLLOWS: Clothing items that have been worn or tags removed. Note for hygene reasons, lingerie and mouth blown game calls are not returnable. Electronic items removed from original packaging. Items damaged in any way due to mishandling. Cut arrows or shafts. Treestands removed from the origional packaging are not returnable for insurance reasons. All merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise should be directed to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
